How to point a finger in GTA Online

When a heist goes wrong or a mission fails, the first thing friends do in GTA V is start pointing fingers. Here’s a guide on how you can literally point fingers in GTA V.

How to point a finger on PC?

Pointing can be a useful way to communicate in GTA Online, especially when playing without mics.

In Grand Theft Auto Online, players can press the ‘B’ key on PC or double-click the right analog stick on consoles to point. This makes the character point in the direction the camera is facing.

Readjusting the character model to point in the direction of the player’s camera also works in third-person view. While this doesn’t affect gameplay, it can help those without access to a microphone.

Players can also perform other hand and arm gestures before and after races, deathmatches, Last Team Standing, and VS Missions in GTA Online. These gestures are available in Free Mode as well, where they can be used anytime while walking. A limited set of actions can also be performed inside vehicles.

How to point a finger on consoles?

If you’re playing on a console, whether it’s PS4 or Xbox, press the R3 button on your joystick repeatedly. This means pressing the right joystick down multiple times to perform the action. And that’s how you point in GTA V.

GTA V includes several real-life actions that you can perform with your character. From throwing money to flipping the bird, players can use its vast library of actions to customize their characters and stand out on the map.
